Rug was delayed because of COVID. When I rang to find out when it was coming, I was offered quite generously a larger sized rug which I’m extremely happy with!! Loved the customer service!! Thank you very much!!

I purchased this rug a few weeks ago, although there was a slight delay in despatch I found that the communication was good and when the rug arrived I was very happy. Gorgeous Rug - Great Price & Service
I'm always a bit reticent purchasing large items online, but this is a good story. With questions answered on phone by Zac, I selected this rug in 240 x 320cm size to go in my new master bedroom - I didn't want to pay a fortune, as a lot of it will be under the bed, but when it was delivered I was delighted with the quality and feel. The rug was really well packaged and in perfect condition.
