Great Customer service and Excellent red rug
This is defiantly my favorite rug to date, i absolutely love it. Its exactly what you see in the picture, though it looks a lot better once you lay in your home. I purchased the 300*400 rug. not knowing if the colour was going to be to dark or to light when it arrived. The colour is exactly what I was after. The picture does not do it justices. Looks a lot more amazing once you receive it. My experience with rugs express has been a absolute pleasure. I had a gentlemen Zac take care of my order. Zac kept me informed throughout the whole process right through to when i received my rugs at my front door step. I even received a courtesy call, to see if the products had arrived safety also if i was happy with the products. I am more than happy with my purchase and customer service i received at rug express.
